PTC India Financial Services (PFS) has informed that T. N. Thakur, chairman & managing director (CMD), has resigned from the post of CMD of PFS with effect from October 11, 2012 in the meeting of the board of directors held on September 25, 2012 and the board has accepted the same.
Further, the board in its meeting held on September 25, 2012 has appointed Deepak Amitabh, as chairman & managing director of the company with effect from October 11, 2012 or date of his joining PFS whichever is later. The company has also informed that Rama Murali, director, has resigned from the board of the company.
