Ramco Industries has invested Rs 5 crore in the capital of Lynks Logistics by way of subscribing to 5 crore equity shares of Re 1/- each, through their rights issue. Consequent to the investment, the total shareholding of Company in Lynks Logistics is 17,69,00,000 shares of face value of Re 1/- each constituting 20.49% of its paid up share capital.
Ramco Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of fibre cement sheets, fibre cement pressure pipes, calcium silicate boards, cement and plastic storage containers.
