Alphageo (India) has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 7th February, 2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019. For the purpose of the above, as per Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 31st December, 2019 to 9th February, 2020.
