Allcargo Logistics has so far acquired around 2.54 crore equity shares i.e. 20.83% stake of Gati. The company has acquired 1.33 crore equity shares at a price of Rs 75 per equity share through subscription to the preferential issue made by Gati and 57.81 lakh equity shares through open market purchase.
The company has acquired 62.88 lakh equity shares are purchased through Open Market from Mahendra Kumar Agarwal, Mahendra Investment Advisors and TCI Finance, pursuant to Share Purchase Agreement executed on December 05, 2019.
