Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Medicamen Biotech has informed that Rajesh Kumar Chauhan, Whole Time Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from 28th January, 2020 due to some personal and unavoidable reason. In this regard, Rajesh Kumar Chauhan has also confirmed that there is no other material reason for the resignation from the directorship of the Company other than the reason as stated above.
