Future Lifestyle Fashions has acquired 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of DSK Media and consequently, it has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from January 29, 2020. The company has acquired 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of DSK Media. The entity would inter-alia engage in the business of acquiring fashion brands and in the business of fashion apparels and accessories.
Future Lifestyle Fashions is an integrated lifestyle brands and fashion retail company. The company operates a portfolio of brands that are well diversified across key growth categories like women’s wear, fast fashion and casual wear.
