Universal Cables has allotted 2000 units of Commercial Papers (CPs) of Rs 5,00,000 /- each, aggregating to Rs 100 crore at a discount rate of 7.80% p.a. Redemption date of commercial papers is March 30, 2020. The aforesaid CP will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on January 30, 2020 allotted the same.
