Aditya Birla Capital reports 17% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Aditya Birla Capital has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2019.

The company has reported a net loss of Rs 22.45 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 45.05 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 2-fold at Rs 7.04 crore for Q3FY20 as compared Rs 3.38 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 17.16% in its net profit attributed to the equity holders at Rs 250.48 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 213.79 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 14.49% at Rs 4,329.05 crore for Q3FY20 as compared Rs 3,781.29 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
