Venus Remedies has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2020 to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2019 and any other item with the permission of Chair. Further, as already informed, the trading windorr would remain closed till 48 hours from the publication of financial results ior designated persons and their immediate relatives, in view of the aforesaid Board meeting.
