Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Umang Dairies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, on 3rd February 2020, which commenced at 12.30 pm and concluded 3.00 pm have considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 31st December 2019. Copy of the said results alongwith Limited Review Report thereon by Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, Auditors of the Company, is submitted as Annexure -1 in compliance of Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations. The results are also being published in the newspapers, in the prescribed format; and appointed Puneet Garg as Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company with effective from today; 3rd February 2020.
