Further the company has informed that in terms of Company’s code of conduct for regulating and reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the connected persons as defined in the code from 07th February, 2020 to 16th February, 2020.
