Religare Enterprises is reportedly planning to sell 49% stake in its asset management business to US money manager Invesco for about Rs 450 crore.
The company is controlled by billionaire brothers Malvinder and Shivinder Singh, who also control hospital chain Fortis Healthcare. It is engaged in providing financial products and services. Religare provides services across three segments namely retail, institutional and wealth.
