Further to letter dated February 08, 2020 regarding fixing of record date for payment of the second interim dividend for the FY2019-20 and in accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, VRL Logistics has informed that the record date fixed for the purpose of interim dividend stands has been revised from February 18, 2020 to February 21, 2020. The dividend payout date also stands revised as February 27, 2020.
