Coastal Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today, has considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended (01.10.2019 to 31.12.2019) and Limited Review Report on Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31.12.2019 were approved by the Board; the Board took note of the quarterly compliances for the quarter ended 31.12.2019; G.V.V Satyanarayana, Director - Finance of the Company was authorized to take necessary steps for dissolution of Coastal Charitable Foundation, a Trust registered for carrying out the CSR Activities of the Company; and Sambhu Prasad M & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, were appointed as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for performing Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2019-20. The Meeting commenced at 11.30 AM and concluded at 2.00 PM.
