Coal India has informed that in terms of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations 2015, the Company enclosed Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December 2019. These Unaudited financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on 11th February 2020 and have been taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 11th February 2020 at New Delhi respectively.
