Pursuant to Regulation 29 (l) (e) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Maharashtra Scooters has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 21 February, 2020 to consider payment of interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2020. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 13 February 2020 till 23 February 2020, for designated persons as per the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended. The designated persons of the Company have been informed of the same.
