Hindustan Aeronautics has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019.Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, the company has enclosed Statement showing the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019 (Annexure-I), auditor’s Report on the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) (Annexure-II & Ill).The company has informed that the Statutory Auditors, Maharaj N R Suresh and Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001931S) have issued an Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019 in terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulations. The company has also enclosed an extract of the aforementioned results, which would be published in the newspapers in accordance with Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations (Annexure-IV) ,the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1100 hours and concluded at 1345 hours.
