Paisalo Digital has allotted one Unlisted Unsecured 12% Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) of face value of Rs 1,00,00,000 on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held February 13, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.
