With reference to earlier Letter dated 11-02-2020 intimating about the appointment of AC Shah, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 11-02-2020 and in terms of Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company namely, MS Dagur, DV Parikh and AC Shah are now authorized by the Board to determine the materiality of an event or information and making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges.
