In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that the tenure of Tse Ten Dorji, Independent Director appointed with effective from 16.02.2017 for a period of three years vide GOI Order Dated 16.02.2017 got completed on 15 th February, 2020. On completion of said tenure, he ceases to be a Director on the Board of the company.
