In furtherance to letter dated December 13, 2019 & January 20, 2020 in respect of passing of resolutions through postal ballot notice, Xelpmoc Design and Tech has informed that shareholders of the Company had approved all the resolutions contained in postal ballot notice dated December 13, 2019 with requisite majority and accordingly Pranjal Sharma (DIN: 06788125) and Soumyadri Bose (DIN: 02795223) have been appointed as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Directors of the Company with effect from February 20, 2020. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015, dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure 1 and Annexure 2.
