Muthoot Finance has informed that at its meeting held on February 20, 2020, has approved the pricing, tenure and other terms of the Notes under the GMTN Programme. The proceeds of the Notes will be used by the Company for onward lending. The Company has signed the pricing supplement in this regard on February 20, 2020 and the details of the same are contained in Annexure A. Company has also executed, the note offering circular on February 20, 2020 and the Subscription Agreement on February 20, 2020 with the Arrangers appointed with respect to the Issue.
