In continuation to the letter dated 20th February 2020, Ambuja Cement has informed that Bimlendra Jha has resigned from the company to pursue other interests. Jha has confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than as stated above. The company further informed that Neeraj Akhoury (DIN 07419090) has affirmed he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or order by any other authority and that he is not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
