Lasa Supergenerics has received an approval for acquisition of Harishree Aromatics and Chemicals through Scheme of Amalgamation. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 22, 2020, considered and approved the same. The board also approved the appointment of Merchant Bankers and other consultants to scheme.
The Board has decided to discuss and deliberate on the proposed scheme of amalgamation, along with other relevant documents in detail in due course.
