Allcargo Logistics has decided not to consider the proposal relating to de-merger of the NVOCC Business of the company at present and the same will be reconsidered, if required, at appropriate time. The board of directors have decided not to consider the proposal based on the recommendation of the committee of directors appointed by the board.
