Hind Rectifiers moves up on accepting offer made by MIDC for allotment of land

Hind Rectifiers is currently trading at Rs. 184.75, up by 4.70 points or 2.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 180.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 180.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 184.75 and Rs. 175.60 respectively. So far 1098 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 269.95 on 06-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 104.70 on 21-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 189.10 and Rs. 167.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 298.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 42.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.04% and 57.76% respectively.

Hind Rectifiers has in principle accepted the offer made by MIDC, Nashik for allotment of land having area of 26930 square meters, for future growth. The company has also deposited the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).

Hind Rectifiers is engaged in developing, designing, manufacturing and marketing Power Semiconductors, Power Electronic Equipments and Railway Transportation Equipments.
