Paisalo Digital has raised funds by allotment of Nine Unlisted Unsecured Unrated 12% Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1 crore on private placement basis. The Operations and Finance Committee of the company in its meeting held on February 24, 2020 approved the same.
