Gujarat Poly Electronics has received an approval to sell surplus land at Industrial plot at Gandhinagar in Gujarat, for approximate value of Rs 6.50 crore subject to tax. It is expected to complete the sale assignment by March 2020, subject to receipt of all statutory and regulatory approvals from the concerned authorities and signing of the definitive documents in this regard. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 24, 2020, approved the same.
