Kama Holdings has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has declared interim dividends ,@ 300%. Rs 30 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company, @ 6% Rs 0.60 per share on 8% Unlisted Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share capital of the Company on pro-rata basis. These Dividends would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from stock exchange and Central Depository Services (India), as on the Record Date Friday, the 6th March, 2020 which has already been communicated to Exchanges by letter dated 18th February, 2020. The date of payment of interim equity dividend will be Tuesday, the 17th March, 2020 and preference dividend will be Monday, the 9th March, 2020. The meeting commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 11: 45 am.
