Bajaj Healthcare has executed agreement with Vetpharma to purchase its manufacturing facilities of Bulk Drug and API comprising of immovable properties and movable properties including plant and machineries for a total consideration (including plant and machinery) of Rs 20.50 crore in all cash deal.
The above acquisition will boost company’s production capacity and capability and will help to achieve volume growth.
Bajaj Healthcare mainly focuses on development, manufacturing and supply of Amino Acids, Nutritional Supplements and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for Pharmaceutical, Nutraceuticals and Food industries.
