Sulabh Engineers & Services has received an approval to incorporate its three wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS) with the name and style of ‘Sulabh Infradevelopers’, ‘Sulabh Mining Works’ and ‘Sulabh Advisory Services’ having its registered office being situated in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The board at its meeting held on September 28, 2012 has approved for the same.
Besides, the board has authorized the whole time director to complete all the formalities regarding incorporation of subsidiaries.
Sulabh Engineers and Services is a non-banking financial company registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The company’s income is generated from the sale of shares and securities, dividend, and interest.
