Sonata Software has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Sonata Software Solutions’ (SSSL) with effect from February 24, 2020 to provide end?to?end solutions to Information Technology Services.
The authorized share capital of SSSL is Rs 15 lakh and the company on February 26, 2020 has subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 1 lakh in cash, for which no government/ regulatory approval was required. The company holds 100% shareholding of SSSL. The newly incorporated entity is yet to commence its operations, hence the turnover is NIL and the necessary statutory submissions for commencement of operations have been made as on February 27, 2020.
