Vidyananda, (DIN -06729244) has completed his tenure as Director (Production & Projects) and ceased to be member of the Board of Company with effect from close of working hours on 29.02.2020 on attaining the age of superannuation. Further, in pursuance of Ministry of Steel Order F.No.5/2/2018-BLA dated 07.11.2019, K.V. Bhaskara Reddy (DIN-08672764) has assumed the charge of Director (Production & Projects), of the company. K.V. Bhaskara Reddy shall hold the post till the date of his superannuation 31.01.2023 or until further orders from Ministry of Steel, whichever is earlier. K.V.
