According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1485.35 crore in index futures and options segments on Friday, September 28, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 998.67 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 486.68 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 579.55 crore while they bought stock options worth Rs 43.15 crore.
