In reference to the disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Listing Regulations'), PNB Gilts has informed that vide letter dated March 02, 2020, CRISIL has reaffirmed the credit rating of ‘CRISIL A1+’ as assigned to Rs 500 crore Commercial paper (CP) programme of the Company. The prescribed rating is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of the letter.
