Further, in accordance with the Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 03 March 2020 to Thursday, 12 March 2020. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
