PNB Housing Finance’s board has approved to raise equity capital aggregating up to Rs 1,700 crore through a qualified institutions placement (QIP). The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on March 3, 2020, approved the same.
PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and up-gradation of houses.
