Jyothy Labs has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Jyothy Labs (Formerly known as Jyothy Laboratories ) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020, to consider and approve declaration of Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Company, if approved by the Board of Directors, for the Financial Year 2019-20. In view of the aforesaid Board meeting, pursuant to Clause 5 of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by its designated persons the trading window to deal in the Company's shares is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, March 5, 2020 to Saturday, March 14, 2020.
