Further, pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons’ the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from today with immediate effect till 13th March 2020.
