Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has reduced its Retail Prime Lending Rate (RPLR) on Housing Loans, on which its Adjustable Rate Home Loans (ARHL) are benchmarked by 5 basis points (bps), with effect from March 9, 2020. The change will benefit all existing HDFC retail home loan customers.

HDFC offers a whole gamut of products like loans to individuals, loans to corporates, construction finance, and lease rental discounting.
