Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised funds through the allotment of 4,775 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, at par, aggregating to Rs 477.50 crore. The duly authorized Committee at their meeting held on March 05, 2020, approved the allotment.
