Mahindra Finance jumps on raising Rs 477.50 crore via NCDs

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 343.00, up by 8.10 points or 2.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 334.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 338.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 343.00 and Rs. 332.60 respectively. So far 27202 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 452.65 on 12-Mar-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 285.15 on 02-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 357.05 and Rs. 326.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 20787.79 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.22% and 8.60% respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised funds through the allotment of 4,775 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, at par, aggregating to Rs 477.50 crore. The duly authorized Committee at their meeting held on March 05, 2020, approved the allotment.
