FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per March 06 data: NSDL

06 Mar 2020 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Friday's data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6059.16 crore against gross selling of Rs 8296.84 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2237.68 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1855.90 crore with gross sales of Rs 1548.82 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 307.08 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 26.25 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.58 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 13.67 crore in hybrid segment.
