Further to the letter dated March 5, 2020, Reliance Communication has informed about approval of a resolution plan by the committee of creditors (CoC) of Reliance Communications (RCOM) in accordance with the stipulations contained in Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the requirement under of sub-clause 16(j) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, the undersigned hereby informed that resolution professional of RCOM has duly filed the resolution plan as approved by the CoC with the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench on March 6, 2020 in accordance with Section 30(6) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
