Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Cox & Kings ((India) has informed that it has submitted the List of Creditors in accordance with regulation 13 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (CIRP Regulations). The list has been updated for claims received till March 02, 2020. Further it may be noted that the claims are under verification. It is also to be noted that the list of creditors are basis claims submitted by the respective creditors.
