Sagar Cements has informed that in compliance with Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company enclosed the details of intimations received through its RTA from its shareholders for loss of their share certificates. The necessary duplicate share certificates will be issued to the shareholders concerned after their due submission of all the required documents for the purpose to RTA/ Company.
