Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has raised Rs 299.99 crore through the allotment of 93,45,794 equity shares of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 321 per equity share to Cholamandalam Financial Holdings. The Issue Committee of the board has also approved and allotted the same.
