With reference to letter dated 03 March 2020, wherein the Company had intimated that it’s Board of Directors will consider the declaration of interim dividend by way of a Circular Resolution on 09 March 2020; MM Forgings has now informed that the Board of Directors by way of circular resolution has resolved to declare, payment of Interim dividend of Rs 5 per share. The Interim Dividend shall be payable on or before 31 March 2020. The Record date for payment of dividend is 20 March 2020.
