Megasoft has informed that S Ravindra Babu has resigned from the directorship of the company on account of his other personal commitments and his requirement of full continuous concentration in the SEZ Company as a managing director over the last few years.
In this regard, the board likes to place on record its appreciation for the efficient and matured advice of S Ravindra Babu to the company during the tenure of his office as a director and chairperson of the company, since its inception in 1999.
