Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Aeronautics has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 16th March, 2020, to consider the declaration of first interim dividend for the financial year 2019-20 and record date for the purpose of payment of first interim dividend for the financial year 2019-20 will be Tuesday, the 24th March, 2020, if declared. Further, in pursuance of the Insider Trading Policy of the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives from 11th March, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the outcome of the meeting.
